This is 1000mg of turmeric curcumin standardized to 95% curcuminoids extract. It is combined with 300mg of boswellia standardized to 65% extract. I really like that the components of this supplement are reduced to their active extracts so their is little filler. Whenever I buy turmeric I always look for 95% curcuminoids because that is the active extract that has the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. I like the combination of turmeric and boswellia because I have taken these both independently in the past. I was happy to find them combined into a single convenient formula. You get 60 easy to swallow capsules and the serving size is 2 so this amounts to a 1 month supply. The bottle came freshly sealed with both an inner seal and an outer plastic wrap seal. I was also happy to see this product has the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) mark to signify a standard of quality in production. Overall I found this product to be of very good quality.

I take these for pain relief and to reduce inflammation in my joints, it doesn’t hurt my stomach and it’s a great quality with clean ingredients plus third party tested , I take 1 with vitamin d &k for my thyroid and the other later around bed time to help me sleep better

This bottle of, “CurcuWell” from Live Conscious arrived as shown on the listing here. The bottle’s label features a lot of information. The bottle contains 60 capsules, with the suggested serving being 1 capsule, twice daily, with a meal. Each 1 capsule serving contains:- 500mg – Turmeric Rhizome (95% Curcuminoids extract)- 150mg Boswellia Serrata Gum Resin (65% Boswellic Acids extract)- 5mg – BioPerine brand, Black Pepper extract (95% Piperine)All 500mg of Turmeric Root Extract per capsule is standardized to 95% Curcuminoids, which is good to see. It’s also nice to see that the included Boswellia extract is also standardized. The capsules are easy to swallow and I experienced nothing out of the ordinary from them. The packaging mentions that it is Manufactured in the USA from Globally sourced ingredients.

I’ve been taking Curcumin supplements long enough to tell if a product helps and I floated through this bottle with no noticeable improvements. This one is the typical 95% but I do like the recommended 1 capsule twice daily on the label. Overall it’s an okay supplement at a reasonable price.
