These gummies taste better than I thought they would. I really appreciate that the page makes it clear that you can adjust the dosage to suit your needs. I feel like it’s a lot more common for companies to try to get you to take more than you actually need and this was refreshing honesty about potentially only needing one a day. I do think it’s helped calm my edge a little bit in terms of mood, but I’m at a time where it’s hard to tell definitively. What I do know is that it hasn’t had any negative effects, which is always a plus. I am only taking one as I tend to be sensitive to things. Overall, I’m going to keep giving these a shot.

I take lots of vitamins and supplements. I never used a Lithium supplement, so I thought I’d give it a try. Low dose lithium may help with your mood or sleep. I’m a night person, so my sleep patterns are all over the place. I hope these may help. The recommendation for low dose lithium supplements is between 1-20 mg per day. These gummies give you 5 mg daily, so they are right in the ballpark.These gummies are blue berry flavored and taste good. I took one star off because they tend to stick to each other in the bottle and clump together. Not a big deal, but just a little annoying. Otherwise, I like them.

Nice mild blueberry flavor is pleasant to the tastebuds. It’s easy to chew up and better than taking one more pill. This is the same dosage I was taking in pill form and I feel they produce the same results so I’d say this is a good quality supplement and nice to have a gummy option.

I guess after looking into it this is a niche product so its a middle of the road price for gummy format of this supplement… I also like the blueberry flavor of it all. but i’m not sure this will make my personal list.

I have been taking a lithium orotate supplement for a few months now when I happened upon these lithium orotate gummies. I really liked the idea of taking a gummy as opposed to swallowing a pill (simply more convenient) so I thought I would try these.The bottle had a safety seal on it, the lid is childproof (heck, and adultproof on some days), there was a foil seal under that… it was sealed up well. When I opened it up, the gummies definitely had a nice blueberry scent to them, and they do have a mild blueberry flavor. They are chewy and have a texture like regular gummy bears, which is great (not rubbery like some gummy supplements). I like that they are sugar free, as I don’t need to add anything else with sugar to my diet. The bottle contains 60 gummies, which is a 60 day supply. For around $20, this is similar to the price of the lithium orotate pills that I was buying, though I prefer the gummies.On my previous lithium orotate supplement, I noticed that my mood was better, I was less irritable, and slower to fly off the handle. Those results have continued with this supplement (which is the same dosage at 5mg as the previous one), which makes me believe that these gummies do contain what they say they do and are good quality of lithium orotate.Will definitely buy this again!

The flavor is a pleasant (if definitely artificial) blueberry, and the texture is closer to a firmer gummy bear—chewy but not rubbery. No weird aftertaste on my end.As for effects: nothing dramatic, but also nothing negative. After taking them for about a month, I can’t say there was any obvious change, but the “everyday balance” claim isn’t inconsistent with how I’ve felt overall. With supplements like this, it’s always hard to tell what part—if any—is actually doing the work unless you’re deficient in something to begin with.
