I’ve been reading a lot of good things about taking a low-dose lithium orotate supplement, so I thought I’d give these a try. I’m very wary about taking supplements from brands that haven’t listed their third party testing information, or even acknowledged any testing at all. So selecting these supplements was done purely in good faith. Call me crazy.The only other supplements I’m currently taking at the moment are aged garlic, magnesium and methylene blue, and I’ve only started taking the aged garlic and methylene blue recently–the lithium was added most recently– so any new results may or may not be attributed to the lithium.That said, the only new results I noticed yesterday and today were a decrease in appetite and a sense of overall calmness. I was expecting the calmness, because the research I did on low-dose lithium orotate suggested such a result, but I wasn’t expecting the decrease in appetite. If I find that these gummies do indeed decrease my appetite you can bet your last dollar that I’ll be buying a lot more of these.They taste a little bit like a store-brand strawberry chapstick, with a little bit of sweetness to them. They’re not bad–certainly better than capsules.

I was glad to get the opportunity to try these.They taste like strawberry candy and you need to take 2 per day, so this is a 30 day supply. I can’t say if it is working yet, but I have had no negative effects. I like that it is a very small dosage of a highly bioavailable form. Sometimes my system just needs a gentle nudge, not a shock.Time will tell. These are not sugar free, as many are, but they are vegan (using pectin.) The bottle says they are also non-GMO, gluten free and cruelty free. But as I always say, remember that statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA, so choose companies that back up their claims.
