    Review is for:Lithium Orotate – 1000 mcg of Elemental Lithium, 60 Vegetarian Capsules (Pack of 2)This is a great way to try a microdose of Lithium Orotate. It’s effective at helping to calm you and promote better restful sleep. Many time more is not better and smaller doses can actually work better for many people. This is only1000mcg (1mg) per dose, so it’s considered a low dose. Again, excellent to start with, and it might be all you need. Quality is excellent and the caps are very tiny with no taste.

    I’ve been trying many things to help with general mood, and sleep issues, and I think I’ve found the key.1. Quality: The lithium seems to be good quality, the pills are relatively small, and very professionally made.2. Efficacy : Taking as directed, it’s been about two months. It took around two weeks to feel any effects, as these have a cumulative effect.3. It’s improved my sleep, and mood. Motivation has been improved, and overall well being.These lithiums l pills will not be a “silver bullet” but they will definitely help if you have a low level overall mood, and some mild sleep issues. Always consult with your doctor, of course. These are a great value, and I would recommend.

    So far, I have not noticed any noticeable effects from taking the Lithium Orotate, but I have only recently begun incorporating it into my routine, so I understand that it might take some time before any benefits become evident.     Calming, Low Dose, Helps With Sleep

    I was excited to try this brand of lithium orotate. I like the low dosage and can increase if I want to, or if I feel I need to. I have recently been using another brand of lithium orotate which is 5,000 micrograms (5 mg), but this one is just 1,000 micrograms (1 mg). I like the other brand that I’ve been using, but it is five times stronger than this brand. If I want a lower dose I can’t do that with my other brand. But with this brand, Weyland, I can use a lower dose.The serving size is one capsule. But I do use two capsules. I use them before sleep, they help calm my mind. I appreciate that there are only five ingredients total including the “other ingredients.”Many people swear by lithium ortate that it has changed their lives, which is why I started taking it. I was dealing with some nervousness and difficulty falling asleep.I like that it is not prescription lithium, it is over the counter, and easy to access. I would research any over the counter supplement you use, especially if you are taking any prescription medication. Lithium orotate can interfere with some prescription medications, so make sure you Google this information before purchasing.I was really impressed to find out that these are manufactured in the USA and has the GMP seal. These are also gluten free, soy free, dairy free, vegan, with no artificial flavors or colors, and they are manufactured in an FDA registered facility. Each bottle contains sixty capsules and comes in a two pack. So you receive 120 capsules total, and at a nice price.These capsules are extremely tiny, smaller than the width of a dime. If you have difficulty with any size pill or capsule, you will be pleased with these. There is zero flavor/taste to these capsules.If you have children or grandchildren in your home, keep these out of reach, this does not have a child proof lid.I would definitely recommend and am glad I ordered them.
