Actually, these soft capsules I love that they are a good size and that makes them easy to ingest, so far I have not had any side effects, it does not give me stomach discomfort or irritation. It is a good antioxidant supplement, aiding blood pressure and for your cholesterol levels, a good diet should also be taken into account for maximum benefit. I am delighted with them and the amount they bring makes it even better. And for gluten-intolerant people, they are the right ones.

for the money it’s not priced bad, side effects haven’t seen any, can’t say if it help with blood sugar or not haven’t seen things that tells me it works, you have to dosage take 3 capsules at a time 30 minutes before eating, I’ve done this but haven’t seen any effect, I take insulin thought it would help stabilize some but haven’t seen it, used for more than 30 days.
