What I Like about this Liquidhealth Zinc is that is very fresh tasting and very easy to take. An Ayurvedic Doctor had taught that you can test your zinc levels easily by swallowing a little liquid zinc and if you have a very bitter aftertaste then you are deficient. I was curious to try it. At this point, I cannot do a winter without it; as this prevents sickness through and through. I also notice my hair grows thicker when I take it. The only drink it runs for me is water. It’s not awful. It’s just clear something foreign has been added to my water. It does not affect the flavor of natural fruit juice though, or any flavored drink for that matter.
