This red yeast rice tincture contains quite a lot of other things so it’s really more like a multivitamin plus red yeast rice. The listing description says “Vitamins K2, D3, E, C, B6, B12, and Biotin are combined with Bromelain to help your body stay balanced, energized, and well-protected daily” but this doesn’t appear to be accurate. According to the label on my bottle, this contains vitamin D3, vitamin E, vitamin K2, niacin (b3), red yeast rice, citrus Bergamot extract, CoQ10, turmeric, black pepper. It also includes purified water, potassium sorbate, vegetable, glycerin, and citric acid. I do appreciate that it does not include alcohol. The label also claims that it is GMP certified and gluten-free. I do wish that it was also third-party tested for purity and contaminations. It’s also hard to verify online if they really are GMP certified. As is, I’m not sure that I feel safe using this product. Use at your own risk.

I started taking this supplement for heart health as a preventive measure. I was already taking some of these and found it easier to just take supplements that have several benefits than purchasing all separately. Even though it is short on some of the supplements, I can always take those on the side. It’s easy to swallow with a slightly sweet taste. I will see if it’s working when I go in to do my labs.

I got this because this has a lot of the supplements my doctor recommended to me for my blood pressure. Having them all in one supplement is nice, and particularly nice to have them in liquid form. I don’t like pills so having this is great. I have been putting it in juice to cover the flavor as I don’t like vitamin flavors, so I only know that this is working and I am not bothered by the flavor. Doesn’t smell too strongly.I did find to be helpful. I certainly have a boosted energy level and my joints are feeling a bit better after using this for a number of weeks. I am also pleased that this has so. Much in it, vitamin D, E and K so I am helping bone maintenance as well.Overall pleased with how effective this is, and think it is a good value as the quality seems above average to me.

It has no taste which is always a plus. My only complaint is that you’re supposed to take 2 ml but the dropper only sucks up 0.75 ml, it couldn’t even pick up 1ml.
