These are as expected, easy to swallow, packaged carefully.I needed to pick up multivitamins, and when they arrived Im happy to say the expiration is two years from now – which is great to see. Sometimes you order supplements and they are close to the expiration date. This is refreshing to see a brand that clearly is purchased enough to have fresh product.Great Nutritional content in these – I needed something to support healing after surgery and these are perfect.

Reviewing vitamins and other over the counter items are a difficult task. Take vitamins for example, I’m taking them because they were recommended by my doctor after he gave some tests and decided that I needed certain supplements. Between vitamins and RX medications I’m taking around 15 different things a day. This makes it impossible for me to give an accurate opinion on the ability of the item helping me or not. So all I can say is check with a medical professional on what supplemental medications may be of use to you and avoid ones that aren’t recommended. If I am ever able to figure out if one of these supplemental food items have helped or hurt I will modify my review. Good luck and good health.

It’s not loaded with high milligrams of vitamins and minerals because it’s in colloidal liquid form which equates with high absorption.

I was skeptical that these were actually liquid. They came in a black colored capsule, which is typically used for powder or other dry ingredients. So, I tried to shake a capsule to see if it sounded like it had powder or granules in it. I accidentally mashed it a bit as I shook it, and accidentally broke the black coating that sealed it. A small amount of an oily, orange colored liquid came out. So, yes, they’re definitely liquid inside. I had no problems swallowing it. I did only take 1 in the attached video, to see if it was hard to swallow. One the container, the suggested dose is 2 liquid capsules, taken 1 to 2 times daily with food. It suggests this in case taking 2 gives you an upset stomach. You can take 2 capsules once a day. Or, take 1 capsule twice a day, to avoid stomach upset. I’m not a physician. I just realized that some might think you can take up to 4 capsules daily, which isn’t the case. The dosage directions should have been more specific. I hope this helps.
