Clean and Simple, But I’m not sure
I guess this is a clean and convenient way to add trace minerals and electrolytes without any sugar or additives. I really appreciate the natural marine plasma source (not even sure what it is) and the easy to carry single serving packets which is perfect for after workout. The taste is salty, as expected, but it’s not extremely unpleasant if you prepare yourself. I feel hydrated and appreciate the purity, but I haven’t experienced a boost in energy or noticeable benefits beyond a good electrolyte supplement typically provides maybe a sports drink. Maybe I am not educated enough to understand the benefits. Nonetheless for the price, I was expecting a more dramatic effect. It’s a quality product for sure, but I’m still on the fence about whether it delivers enough extra value to justify the cost over simpler alternatives.

Pretty good
It says to take one packet on its own and then to mix a second with a bottle of water, but I find that it is a bit too bitter to do that. So I put one of them into a can of sodapop and I find that it mixes in quite well. I have one of these a day, sometimes two if it’s a day I’m doing a ton of stuff, and I feel like it does help a bit. I think this is something simple and easy to put into a drink and it won’t change the flavor or add anything that makes the flavor change, so you forget it’s even there, which is how I prefer it. Overall I think these are pretty good.

This one was different because the electrolytes come from natural filtered sea water, so it is salty rather than having an artificial sweetened flavor.The product comes in individual serving size sachets which makes it easy to stash in a purse, gym bag, lunch box, or shirt/jacket pocket if you anticipate needing electrolyte support on the go. I occasionally get cramping in my legs or otherwise feel like I can benefit from some electrolyte support. Although the salty taste is something that takes a little getting used to, it’s easy to chase down with some water.I like this product and have wanted to purchase it again, but unfortunately, it is currently unavailable. It seems to be beneficial to me.
