I feel better when I take them, although I can’t say exactly which ingredient is responsible.I especially notice that everything seems to run more smoothly— my thoughts, digestion and an overall sense of well-being.I’ve also always felt that selenium agrees with me and I seem to notice a little lift in my mood when I’m getting enough of it.There are quite a few vitamins and minerals in this formula, including magnesium, zinc, copper, selenium, vitamins C, D3, K2, B6, B12 and folate. I don’t know which ones are making the difference, but I definitely notice a difference when I take these.My only complaint is the dropper. The recommended serving is 2 ml but the dropper only picks up 0.5 ml at a time. I find it easier to measure that with a small measuring spoon than use the dropper.Overall, I’m very pleased with these and will keep using them.
