I try to remember to take these daily. I’m not always so good at remembering and sometimes at night I am just tired and don’t feel like taking anything more than I have to. I have taken them on a pretty regular basis though and they seem fine. I don’t know that I feel any different but hopefully they are helping keep my Vit. C levels up and my immune system healthy.
