    The DNCDTYY NMN+ supplement has several things going for it. It is liposomal, which is easier for your body to process. There are 5 major ingredients, and benefits for all five can include heart health, with four of them also believed to help with brain health. TMG is something I hadn’t heard of before, but it’s reported to help with liver health. Quercetin and Trans-Resveratrol are two supplements I’ve been seeing more and more in supplements and both act as antioxidants and are said to help with inflammation. NAD and NMN are both supposed to aid with cellular repair.This combination of ingredients made me very interested in this supplement, especially at such a reasonable price. There are 120 capsules in the bottle, and a serving is two capsules. As a senior citizen with a family history of heart issues, having so many ingredients in one supplement that are believed to assist with heart health is a definite plus. But all of the ingredients can be so beneficial as I continue to age, and I love being able to take just one supplement and get such a wide variety of potential benefits. I’ve had no side effects and no problems including it with the other supplements I take. As it takes a while with a new supplement to get maximum benefits, the two-month supply from this bottle should give me adequate time to see how my body responds to it.

    I’ve been taking this NMN supplement for a while, but so far I haven’t noticed any significant difference in my energy or overall well-being.
