I’ve been taking it anyway for a few weeks, and nothing in the formula struck me as gendered enough to matter.What got my attention is that the doses are spelled out rather than hidden. 300mg of nicotinamide riboside, 100mg of trans-resveratrol at 98%, 150mg of hydrolyzed collagen peptides in types I and III, 50mg of hyaluronic acid, plus CoQ10, alpha lipoic acid, and astaxanthin. No “proprietary blend” obscuring the amounts. If you’ve ever turned a bottle over and found a “proprietary complex 800mg” with no breakdown, you know why that’s worth something.The liposomal delivery is the other piece. The NR is encased in phospholipid vesicles instead of going in straight, which the brand says improves absorption. I can’t verify absorption from my kitchen, so treat that as a description of what they’re selling rather than a claim from me.Capsules go down easily and haven’t bothered my stomach once. Clean ingredient list, everything I look for in one capsule
I picked this one after comparing labels on a bunch of NAD+ supplements and this had the cleanest ingredient list of the ones I looked at. No weird fillers or artificial junk, just the actives, and I like that it combines nicotinamide riboside with resveratrol and collagen so I’m not buying three separate bottles. These are exactly the ingredients you want if anti-aging support is your goal, and the liposomal form is supposed to absorb better than standard capsules. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow with no unpleasant smell or aftertaste, and two months’ worth for under twenty dollars is a really fair price for this combination. Happy with this and planning to reorder.

Disclaimer: vine review of an item I requested free*I haven’t had to buy nad since I got invited to the vine program, I’ve gotten plenty for doing reviews, and this is my favorite so far based on the other things in it, if I ever ran out and had to buy some I’d look here first.The pills are easy to swallow with no flavor or aftertaste, no side effects taking them on an empty stomach.Nad is one of the few supplements that I feel like actually helps me have more energy. The coq10 and Resveratrol aren’t bad for that either. The collagen is not much, but it’s a good addition. For reference, 5g is usually the amount a powder would recommend you get mixing up a drink.

When looking at supplements, when I see the word “liposomal” I know that is the supplement for me. Liposomal supplements allow the supplement to be delivered and released into our bloodstream overcoming the harsh environment of your stomach. If your body has a hard time absorbing vitamins, minerals, etc…going the route of liposomal supplements could be beneficial for you. I know that I would get the liposomal version of a multivitamin and vitamin C for my father who was elderly.I am so impressed with this supplement. The 7 ingredient formula in this supplement is a powerhouse for you! The NAD+ provides cellular energy which is needed especially in perimenopause. Resveratol helps with cell’s longevityand Astaxathin is anti-inflammatory.I also really appreciate with the transparency of this company/supplement. They included the Delta Labs Report of their third party testing. Not many companies will reveal that.

I had been taking 600mg of another brand of NAD+ for about 6mo before I switched to this one over a month ago. This one has 300mg plus several other benefits that kinda makes it seem like it’s an all in one package. I take NAD because it’s actually been helping the breakouts on my face clear up exponentially. It’s really kept my acne at bay and I’m so grateful. Considering this is half the amount I normally take I did notice a few small blemishes since starting this one but nothing too bad. I haven’t noticed any positive or negative effects of the other ingredients listed. I don’t think I’m suddenly more energized, hydrated, or radiant lol however sometimes you just need to give it time. Overall not a bad product by any means, especially if you are sensitive to NAD since the dose is lower. But if you are struggling with acne you might want to try a product with more mg.
