I’m only a few weeks in and have noticed a difference in my sleep, my night sweats have subsided and I feel more relaxed.I’ve noticed more energy during the day. I just mix it in my coffee or morning water and go, there’s no taste that I’ve noticed.I do wish that it came with a scoop that would hold the exact serving amount.

Super bummed about this one, it doesnt dissolve very well in drinks and most disappointing is that they forgot to include the scooper which is needed to measure out doses.
