My fiancée tolerated this better than most iron supplements
I got this for my fiancée, who usually approaches iron supplements with a very specific kind of suspicion. Mostly because a lot of them are rough on the stomach and then just sit in the cabinet untouched. She tried this with lunch the first couple times and said it went down easily and didn’t have that heavy, metallic aftermath she was bracing for.The softgels are small enough that they don’t feel like a project, which honestly helps with consistency. She also liked that it isn’t trying to be a giant everything-in-the-world multivitamin. It feels more targeted, less chaotic. After a few uses, she said it was one of the more manageable iron products she’s had.It still seems smartest taken with food. She forgot once and said that was not the move. Not disastrous, just not pleasant enough to repeat. But compared to the usual iron experience, this one started off on much better terms.

I have been taking these for a while now and they have been great. I have pretty low iron and have struggled to increase it. I know because I have been trying to up it to donate blood and hadn’t been able to. After taking these for a bit my iron finally increased enough for me to be able to donate. Something especially great is that these don’t upset my stomach at all! Really great and effective product.

These iron supplements are an excellent value. I have a family member who didn’t have bariatric surgery, but has trouble keeping her iron levels up. She started taking these about a week ago and expressed no aftertaste or upset tummy, headache or anything else. The soft gels are small so they’re easy to take. The fact that vitamin C and B12 is included is a plus and a money-saver since she won’t have to buy these separately. One concern is nowhere does it state where the imported ingredients come from. That would be nice to know. At her next checkup she’ll find out if this has has helped to raise her iron levels and I will update the review. As far as how she feels, so far so good. The dosage is two soft gels a day which makes this a two month supply and a fair value.
