Definitely improvement for joints
I’ve been searching a long time for an over-the-counter joint supplement that actually works. I’ve tried all of the major ones, including MSM, glucosamine, etc. I’ve had some success with glucosamine, but it’s very limited. I’ve read good things about hyaluronic acid for joints, so I was excited to give this a try. And I have to say that it’s definitely had a positive effect. I have the most issues in my shoulders and elbows from weightlifting, and after several weeks of using this, I just feel like my joints (in those spots, in particular) are more lubricated and less likely to be stiff or sore. This is especially true overnight, when I often wake up with pain. I’ve had far fewer instances like that since using this supplement. Good stuff.

Shows promise for skin and gut health
Hyaluronic Acid has been shown to help with skin health and gut health. After taking this product for the duration of the bottle I feel like it shows promise. I have very thin skin on my arms due to age. Because of this any bumping will cause bruising or tearing. Product seems to help them heal faster. I do think that I would need to take for a longer period to get the full effects. It is quite expensive for a one month supply.It comes in a capsule and is easy to swallow. It did not have any negative side effects that I noticed.

Oral useage may or may not reach the area you want to treat.My knees are old and dry and creak. I found that mixing hyaluronic powered acid with a dab of DMSO produces a gel I rub onto the knees. It penetrates well and has lubed up the joints enough to stave off knee replacement surgery.This is a decent brand and works well.
