I understand the health benefits of green tea; I just don’t drink enough green tea – especially in the summer – to get those benefits. Thus, this tincture, for me, is a better option for consistent consumption.I also like that Hollegend tends to add lesser-consumed ingredients in their supplements; in this case, the grape seed extract and resveratrol. I also really like that they sweeten with vegetable glycerin, rather than using some other common sugar forms.All of the Hollegend products that I have used say you can put the drops right in your mouth or in water, but I personally like to put them in juice or a smoothie, so I don’t taste anything extra, and I can even add more than one kind of drop at a time without an off-putting taste. Overall, I really like the Hollegend product line, especially these Green Tea drops.

I love green tea extract added to my coffee so I jumped at these drops when I saw them and I’m happy I did. They give the effect I’m used to from the extract for energy and focus. The added ingredients are fine for me, I especially like the selenium and black pepper extract. I notice those have positive effects when I take them regularly. I know this is effective because I feel the effects I’m expecting from it. I put a few drops in my cappuccinos most mornings and enjoy the added energy from it.
