So many things I used to buy separately all in one supplement. GREAT for liver and immune system.
This is a really fantastic mix of immune and liver health supplements all rolled into one formula. I have purchased so many of these extracts separately over the years. This mix is a powerhouse for fighting inflammation, and it’s excellent for doing a liver cleanse. The liposomal l-glutathione is great because it’s protected from your stomach acid so that you absorb a lot more of it. It totally boosts your immune system – protects your white blood cells and also helps to regulate inflammation. There’s NAC in here, too, which actually helps your body make more glutathione, so you’re coming at this from both angles. They both help liver detoxification. The milk thistle (which I’ve been using for decades now) is AMAZING for bringing down chronic inflammation, not to mention it’s also great for your liver. The R-Lipoic Acid is yet another inflammation buster, calming everything down and fighting free radicals. The Sunflower Lecithin helps the liver process fats and move them out (not to mention repair cells and help bile flow – it’s great stuff!) and is a good alternative source to the usual soy lecithin. The L-methionine does the same – helps move fats out of the liver tissue, but it also is a building block in the body for SAMe which you need for liver cell repair. Side Bonus: it’s also helpful to the kidneys! Vitamin C is a great all-around antioxidant, and of course there’s Black Pepper Fruit extract which you will see in so many supplements because it makes other supplements for bioavailable to you.This is seriously a FANTASTIC combination of supplements for both immune and liver support. I have so many of these separately, and instead I can take them in this one formula. It’s a serving size of 3 capsules, so this comes out to a 2-month supply. I take my vitamins a few different times per day, so I take 2 capsules in the afternoon and another 1 capsule with dinner – they don’t taste like anything tossed down with a sip of water. Super easy to swallow. I’ve been taking these for almost 3 weeks and haven’t had any weird burps or indigestion, no diarrhea or anything like that. You don’t need to take these all the time, but it’s awesome if you want to do a liver cleanse, or if you’re wanting to beef your immune system up. I’ve been taking this supplement for about a week now, and so far, so good. I really like the thought put into this formula too. It isn’t just plain glutathione, but also includes Milk Thistle for liver support, NAC, Vitamin C, and R-Lipoic Acid to help recycle the glutathione in your system, plus black pepper extract to help your body absorb it all better.While I do wish it were third-party tested, I appreciate that it’s GMP Certified and made without fillers, GMOs, or gluten. The bottle I received also has a great shelf life of almost two years, which is a nice bonus.The daily serving is three capsules, but I find it much easier to break them up and take one with each meal rather than swallowing all three at once. The capsules themselves are a pretty standard size compared to other supplements I’ve taken in the past, so throwing them down the hatch is no issue at all. Lacks clear sourcing transparency
To start with, let talk about the packaging of the supplement. The bottle does seem to be packaged well and is sealed and plastic wrapped around the cap. The product does say made in China so I am not sure how stringent the manufacturing is which can lead to variable quality control and misleading label claims.I’ve tried taking these vitamins for the last few weeks and for the positive, the pills are not as large as other supplements I’ve taken (ie. Creatine pills) so it is easy to swallow. In terms of digestion, it hasn’t given me any problems but again this can vary from person to person. So far, I haven’t really notice any effects positive or negative from these supplements so I can’t fully comment on it’s effectiveness yet. I also haven’t notice any improvement in energy level or muscle fatigue during my daily weight and cardio routines. These are suppose to help with improving your liver and boosting immune system but that may require a longer usage time but there are possible side effects like bloating, diarrhea, skin rashes, and headache.I’ll try to continue taking these for a few more weeks to see if there is any improvement and effectiveness with the benefits that they are suppose to provide. But at this moment, unfortunately, I don’t recommend this particular supplement for the cost and also for the uncertainty with the source of where these are manufactured.
