Glutathione also helpx protect and detoxify the liver, and benefits skin and immune health.Glutathione has low bioavailability. So, I generally take N-acetyl cysteine, which effectively raised glutathione levels. But this supplement is in liposomal form. With phosphatidylcholine from purified sunflower seed lecithin. Boosting glutathione’s bioavailability, multiple times. And, it’s in super small nanoparticles, for even better bioavailability. Phosphatidylcholine is abundant in cell membranes, and provides choline, which produces the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine.There’s 50 ml, 1.7 oz. 50 servings, of 100 mg. glutathione, and 75 mg. phosphatidylcholine. Easily dispensed, as 2 pumps. With the suggested use, as 2 servings per day, There’s a certificate of analysis from UL. Showing that it passed the requirements, that Amazon requires. It’s in a base of water, glycerine and ethanol, natural citrus and mint oils. The combination of sweet glycerine, with the citrus and mint oils, results in a pleasant flavor.100 mg. of glutathione is lower than other supplements. But, the liposomal form and small nanoparticle size. raises its bioavailability significantly. Resulting in a better, more effective glutathione supplement. And, making this a good choice for a glutathione supplement.

I was specifically looking for glutathione in a liposomal form, and this uses sunflower phosphatidylcholine rather than just putting glutathione into a flavored liquid.
