The liposomal preparation theoretically improves absorption compared to my normal G/C/M supplement, so I am intrigued to try this product over the next few months to see if I notice any improvement or not.

Decent value
This is probably a pretty good value, especially for people who don’t have a costco membership. I usually buy the Kirkland brand of glucosamine with chondroitin from Costco. At the normal price of $28, the Kirkland brand is about 20 cents per serving (2 tablets). That brand provides 1500 mg Glucosamine HCI and 1200 mg Chondroitin Sulfate per serving.These HarmoVira capsules were at about to 15 cents per serving (1 capsule) at the time of my purchase. While they only provide 800 mg glucosamine, and 50 mg of chondroitin, they do contain a lot of other beneficial ingredients as well, including 5000 mg of D3, 50 mg MSM, and a 100 mg collagen complex (see description and pictures for more info on that).They’re easy to swallow for me, and I don’t have anything negative to say about their effectiveness. I do notice less joint pain when I take glucosamine with chondroitin, and I’ll update this review if I take note that these are any less effective than my usual go-to Kirkland supplement.

I’ve only been taking it for a short while, I’ve had no issues with anything that would be a negative, or huge positive either. I plan to continue taking it daily & if I have any Pros or Cons l, I will come back. So far it’s 👍

A great value for a 4 month, Chondroitin MSM complex!
A nice CHONDROITIN and MSM complex that has been very beneficial and helpful to my joints. I had surgery on my knee and it can be stiff and this helps keep me limber. The D3, collagen, and Omega 3 are added benefits, albeit in small amounts. There is no smell or taste to these capsules which are easy to take. Mine was a 120 capsule, 4 month supply which is nice and the price is really great, a good value honestly. I am happy with it and it’s effective for me. I highly recommend this option.

Excellent blend of Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM and others! Helping my joints & aches!
This Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM blend along with other joint, bone, and cartilage helping ingredients by HarmoVira is a nice addition to this ever-crowded market as it contains many of the well-known supplements all in a single capsule as opposed to having to take additional capsules with the other components separately. IN addition, the additional components also add another cost factor that overall, I’m sure will add up costing much more than this blend and as it’s currently an exceptional value as well. What’s also good is that the serving size is just (1) capsule daily and being medium sized for easy swallowing with a sip of water.So far after taking this for several weeks, I haven’t noticed any adverse effects and have also stopped taking the other Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM products as I wanted to try this out. I believe I am feeling better overall with my knees and joints as I’ve been more active as the weather has gotten nicer. Overall, I would definitely recommend this HarmoVira brand for its value, efficacy and simply just taking (1) capsule daily instead of several. The quality is good and as it also appears effective in reducing my overall achiness.
