Brain and Immune Health. Memory, Focus, Energy, Mental Clarity, Gut, Antioxidant, Calm

This supplement boasts an impressive blend of five well-known medicinal mushrooms: Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi, Turkey Tail, and Shiitake. Each mushroom has a unique profile of bioactive compounds, and together they form a comprehensive formula targeting memory, focus, immune support, and overall wellness. One standout feature is the use of premium fruiting body extracts rather than mycelium grown on grain, which is often considered less potent. Fruiting bodies are known for their higher concentrations of beta-glucans, the compounds primarily responsible for many health benefits associated with mushrooms.Lion’s Mane is often referred to as the “smart mushroom” due to its potential to support cognitive health and nerve regeneration. Some studies suggest it may help with memory, focus, and even mood regulation. Cordyceps is commonly associated with increased energy and endurance, making it popular among athletes. Reishi, a staple in traditional medicine, is known for its calming effects and immune-boosting properties. Turkey Tail is a favorite for its potential to support gut health and the immune system, while Shiitake may contribute to cardiovascular health and provide antioxidants. What caught my attention was the vegetarian-friendly and clean formulation. The capsules are free of artificial additives, gelatin, gluten, and soy, making them suitable for those with dietary restrictions. Additionally, the option to open the capsules and use the powder in food or drinks is a nice touch for those who dislike swallowing capsules. After using the supplement for a few weeks, I noticed a slight improvement in focus and mental clarity, though nothing dramatic. It’s worth noting that supplements like this can take time to show noticeable effects, and sometimes their benefits may occur without immediate or obvious changes. I did not experience any unpleasant side effects or mushroom aftertaste, which was a relief. While the product’s immune support claims are harder to measure directly, it’s comforting to know that beta-glucans, known for enhancing immune function, are present in this formula. The manufacturing process is also reassuring—cGMP certification and third-party testing ensure quality and safety, which is always an important factor when choosing supplements. The generous 60-day supply per bottle adds value, especially for a multi-mushroom blend like this.**As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (:

    Questionable company, product seems okay

These capsules contain assorted mushroom extracts and though I can’t verify the amount of each that is contained, they certainly smell like dried mushrooms. The company is a bit of a mystery, though. The website has been around for six years as of this review, but the About Us page is generic and uses generic stock photos. I looked up the company with the Massachusetts Corporations Division and the address is in a small condo. The record also shows that after being formed, it was involuntarily dissolved about three years ago before being revived a little under two years ago. It has also flip-flopped on its name. As a startup, it’s one thing, but with the company’s stated decade of experience with supplements, I’d expect a little more sophistication, or third-party evidence about them.Given what I’ve found about the company, or lack thereof, I’m not sure how much I trust the product.

very effective….us made, third party lab tested….

this is an amazing supplement, felt it from the first dose killing pathogens it is definitely powerful. there is 1000mg in one dose of 2 pills….lions mane, cordyceps, reishi, turkey tale, and shitake. its highest in lions mane which is supposed to be the best one for the brain and neuro issues but honestly all of these are extremely powerful against pathogens….mushrooms are literally amazing a lot of claims they are anticancer and anti disease, bc they have evolved and survived to be extremely deadly and poisonous against harmful organisms that cant destroy them. they are also one of the best things for your skin and …. guess what all your organs are actually made of skin cells. Ive had miss buys before with mushroom supplements which are difficult to find and also want to make sure you get a clean trusted brand when it comes to this kind of supplement and I am taking them and I trust this brand and yes they are effective and am getting good results. if you have too many side effects like some people mention with other mushroom supplements then you just need to lower your dose to start with, and maybe figure out if you have an active infection, however the dose size is right for most people. love this its great for the health, and the best med from nature so i 100% recommend.

    Fairly easy to use.

I picked this because it has some good ingredients that help with mental Clarity and keeping your immune system healthy. My first use was actually as I felt a cold coming on and developing a very slight cough. I used this for a few days along with no sugar in my diet and other healthy foods, and within that 3 days the bit of phlegm that I started to develop and cough when completely away.

    Seem to actually work.

It’s difficult to quantify results from these types of pills, but I can say that I have a difficult time taking on some tasks that I don’t want to do. I’m 77 and just lock up sometimes. I took these at the same time as I was having to clean up or living space for visitors. I managed to just get the job done for 3 days in a row without the usual mental lock up. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5th star is this is somewhat subjective, so it may not work the same for you, but certainly worth a try.

    So far so good

I purchased this product to help ease with my night sweats that were brought on by menopause. I want to say that while I begin using the product, I didn’t notice any significant increase or decrease in night sweats, I wouldn’t say that the product is all bad because it also helps with memory, which is always a plus. I would suggest taking at least a 90 day trial to fully see if you notice any changes I would purchase again.

Can’t get behind this one. Sketchy company, and no noticeable benefits.

Yeah, I’m not sure about this one. I’m in my late 40s with two small boys and AD/HD, so I’m always looking for something to help with focus and energy. Several of my friends seem to be using such mushroom blends, and so I decided to give this a shot. I’ve been taking it for about a month with no noticeable benefits, which I thought was odd, since more than one friends swears by what he takes. Therefore, I decided to take a closer look at the company. While the website looks somewhat legit, a simple internet search showed that Zebora Biotech is a company who’s corporate office is a small apartment in Boston. Not only do I always try and only buy from reputable companies, I like to buy supplements made within the US. It’s not that I’m a “only buy American” type guy, it’s that I’ve seen enough research and studies that show how many suppliments each year flood the US from overseas that have little to no active ingredients. Not to sound in anyway bigotted, but all the officers of the company are quite Chinese-sounding in nature. Could it be a legit US company based out of a small apartment unit? Sure. It is more likely this is just a cheap overseas supplement company trying to better peddle their wares in the US? Well, I think it’s more likely than not. Up to you, but without experiencing any positive benefits after a full month usage, I don’t think I’ll be finishing the bottle.

I opened a capsule and the mushroom contents actually smell delicious

This is an easy to take concentrate of several different mushroom extracts that I am very hopeful will provide me with cognitive benefits. In ever 2 capsule dose there are 600 mg of Lion’s Mane, 150 mg of Cordyceps, 150 of Reishi, and 50 each of Turkey Tail and Shiitake. There is no official standard of how much of these ingredients you want in a supplement, and different brands and formulas provide different amounts.Out of curiosity I opened a capsule into a glass bowl to see what is in it. Not only do the contents look like you’d imagine finely powdered mushroom extract to look like, I wasn’t expecting it to smell so good and savory. That gave me a good confidence about the freshness. And you can obviously take these as a pill, but you could also experiment with opening up the capsule and put it on your dinner for an umami boost.
