Life Saver for Leg Cramps
Both my wife and I have used these for several years ( since 2013). My wife does a packet a day ; I only use them in the event of emergencies (when I get a really bad leg cramp).We both have had cramps in our calves or thighs that have been excruciating and they go away within minutes after chugging about 1/2 a standard glass (an 8-10 ounce glass) made from one of these packets.We don’t really like, or dislike any of the flavors . To us the flavors are not important , it is the results that count.

I have never used this product before and shipping was a day late but when I got it and used my first packet in a full glass of water BOOM, the flavor was thru the roof. I ended up using more water to dilute it a little and it was still very flavorful. If this helps me feel better as well this is a sure win.

Pricey but good
This product was great when new from retail. Clumps and harder to mix. Should sell for less bcuz it is very old product. Nutrients must be outdated too. Mango flavor hard to get. Others are just ok.

Still my multi go-to, but chalky at finish.
Tasty & helps keep me regular. : ) Didn’t remember it having such chalkiness at bottom of glass, upon finishing drink, when I bought it from Costco. Hard to get that out of cup & that’s probably where lots of nutrients are. Maybe I’m not mixing it enough or settles with little time.

I actually use at least a liter of water. For me, any less makes it too strong. I drink one on the way to the office every day and my energy and mood are great. On the days I forget, I can sure tell the difference!
