These are a great tasting mushroom supplement that has my favorite supplement right now, Lions Mane. I read about the power of Lions Main Mushrooms and tried over six months ago and am now a huge fan as it quiets my racing mind but also helps me focus and stay calm, There is no impact to my energy level, if anything a a small added boost.The instructions are a little confusing, as different DV between adults and children, Double for adults, so suggested serving is one gummy a day, I believe for adults its two a day and that is what I took for two months and felt great while taking. This is a gummy supplement anyone would enjoy and has such a wide range of vitamins included its a great value for the money based on the effectiveness,

I would consider this a legitimate supplement for sure, but I would not expect dramatic improvements in memory or focus. If you wanted the strongest evidence for cognitive support, I would take Lion’s Mane, DHA, and saffron separately at clinically studied doses rather than relying on a broad blend like this. This product is best viewed as a general wellness supplement rather than a high-dose therapeutic one.I would definitely consider this extremely tasty! This is kind of like one of those “kitchen sink” supplements. The problem is there are so many things in it that none of them are at the levels you would actually need to really benefit you.The good ingredients that have legitimate scientific evidence behind them are:• Lion’s Mane mushroom – One of the better-supported mushrooms for cognition. There have been some small human studies showing it helped people with mild cognitive impairment.• Saffron (100 mg extract) – Surprisingly strong evidence. Multiple clinical trials have shown saffron can improve mild depression, anxiety, and attention. The dose here (100 mg) is actually within the range studied.• Algae Omega-3 (400 mg oil providing 120 mg DHA) – DHA is important for brain health. While 120 mg is lower than many supplements (250–500 mg/day), it is still a legitimate ingredient.• Magnesium (300 mg) – Legitimate, assuming it’s a well-absorbed form. Magnesium deficiency is common, and supplementation can help if someone is deficient.• Methyl B12, Folate, and B6 – These are good forms of these vitamins and support nerve function and energy metabolism, particularly if someone has a deficiency.The mushroom blend includes:* Lion’s Mane* Reishi* Cordyceps* Chaga* Turkey Tail* Maitake* Shiitake* White Button* Wood Ear* Enoki* Agaricus blazei* Oyster* King OysterThese are all real medicinal mushrooms that have been studied to varying degrees. Good taste, but can’t tell if they’re working
The taste of these is good, my son likes them and will happily take them. I prefer the texture of gelatin gummies, but I know that some people will value these as a vegan product. But truthfully, I can’t really tell that they are doing anything at all. I can’t really tell a difference in my mood or focus, and my son’s behavior seems far more dependent on whether he has slept and exercised than whether he has taken a gummy. That being said, we haven’t taken them super consistently, so maybe you will have different results.

I am very happy with these Lions Mane focus gummies. That is a lot of nutrition in one place and the fact that it works for kids, teens and adults makes it a great choice for the whole family.The focus and mental clarity benefits are noticeable. I also appreciate the saffron for mood support that is not something you see in most kids supplements and it is a thoughtful addition.The immune and gut support blend is really impressive too. Delicious and nutritious gummies for kids with great benefits
I got these for my son who actually was asking for them before I even offered and really liked them right from the get go so that was great start!First of all, these little gummies are packed full of good stuff! I almost can’t believe how much they fit in these. I’m including photos of all the ingredients but there’s so much packed on the nutrition panel that on the actual packaging the print is so small you can barely read it.From what I see all of the ingredients are natural and clean. I only wish there was not B6 because it’s in so many things and doesn’t typically need to be supplemented and too much can lead to B6 toxicity. But luckily it’s a pretty small amount so it doesn’t bother me too much. I’m pretty sure all of the excellent ingredients far outweigh any concern I have there.The gummies themselves are chewy, but not too much, they’re not overly soft but not hard. They could be cut in half if choking is a concern (I understand my son was diagnosed with EOE). He also has PANS/PANDAS and that is one big reason that I got these gummies for my son. So far so good! He loves them and is taking them daily. Even if he doesn’t tell me if he feels any difference I feel like all these great ingredients are healthy for him anyway. So I will continue to give them to him.They taste slightly fruity and not too sweet. I think they are worth every penny!
