I started getting gout a few years back most definitely from my love of red meat and beer. While I cut way back on Steak and burgers, I love my spirits and wondered if there was a way to “have my cake?” I researched what could be the cause and cure, if any? Most reports will tell you that you have to live with it or have no more than a couple of beers at a sitting and space those out to once a week or less because of the auric Acid build up. That just would not do. I then ordered my first bottle of Lifetones thinking this is probably more snake oil but the pain is so bad (pain scale = 10) with my flare ups that I would have tried anything. Also, my condition predominantly comes on in the winter. I’m proud to say that other than slight discomfort (pain scale = 1) and never lasting longer than a few hours, my gout is not something I worry about anymore. A few winters have come and gone now without any real flare ups. $40 a month is money well spent to allow me that freedom. It works, plain and simple.Flavor got 1 star only because it’s a pill and I don’t taste a flavor.

Good for my gout
My gout was working up and I took one of these pills and it was better overnight. After that, not sure if they did anything. The gout still aches a little. My other joints also still hurt, so it did nothing there. This is the second bottle of pills I bought and before that I had the liquid which I like better. It is just difficult finding time to drink the liquid, though, and the pills are more convenient.

Not worth the hype
I have been taking uric acid supplements for a while and this made no difference compared to my other supplement that actually costs a lot less.

Needed to try see if the product will work. Sounded good but it didn’t work for me.
Try it for 3 months and flare up strat up again. Took liquid drops and the pill.

On May 4th, 2023. I woke up to a pain from hell. I knew it was an Gout flare up. I did the regular things I normally do, ice pack, creams, Ibuprofen, lots of water, called Doctor for prescription. I came on amazon to find out of there is anything else I could do because this one was bad. I came across this product, I ordered it, it came on Friday. I read a review where someone said they took two in the morning and two at night for three days. So I decided to do the same. Today is May 7th and as you can see, I was able to put on a compression sock along with a regular sock. There is still some pain but I am able to walk. I don’t know if it will work for everyone but it’s working for me.
