Smells and tastes like hell
Definitely a not for me . I thought saint John’s wart was the worst. But this is a nightmare, smells so bad and the after taste is horrible. I take it with juice and i was burping the taste all day long, also makes me nauseous 😩 😫

Title: Effective for mood support and appetite control, but take with foodI have been using this supplement to help stay calm throughout the day, and I’ve noticed a helpful side effect: it suppresses my appetite, which is great for my weight management goals. While it isn’t an overnight miracle, it has definitely made a positive, noticeable difference.Please note that the capsules have a bit of a funky smell, and it is very important to take them with food. If I take them on an empty stomach, they make me feel nauseous. I personally take two capsules first thing in the morning with my breakfast, and that works best for me.
