Don’t mix with liquid
This does what it is supposed to but I can’t stand the taste. It has like an apple cinnamon flavor. I think it’s easier to take in apple sauce than liquid because it turns the liquid into jelly. It’s not easy to swallow in liquid. It’s good value for money and it’s helping me feel a bit better. This one is a high quality than say some of the regular market ones but not my favorite. My doctor wants me on this one because it’s more natural and less additives.
