    My husband has the MTHFR gene mutation so he takes these. They are a bit expensive, but they seem to be doing what they are supposed to. They don’t have a smell. Size is normal/small. No issues.

    I have to say that while I haven’t personally noticed any real improvements in either my nail strength or energy level, I also haven’t noticed any adverse effects. It could be that I was already adequately supplied with the minerals and vitamins provided by this product, or my body is messed up enough these don’t help (Distinct possibility) but however you look at this the product is easy to take, good value, seems high quality etc.

    Helps with my genetic mutation.

    I have a genetic mutation. These have helped a lot with energy and depression. They seem to be high quality. I will say they make my stomach hurt a little bit for an hour or so after taking them. But after that, all is well. I only take one a day, so this is a 60 day supply for me. So I consider it worth the money. If it was only a 30 day supply at this price, not sure I would pay it. But I probably would as long as I could continue to afford it.
