My daughter was told by her doctor to take vitamin d and it was sent to the pharmacy. Well what they called in was over 300 dollars with insurance so we found an alternative for everyday use because it was very low on bloodwork.I decided on these (doctor approved)to give her and she loves the taste! Huge bonus. It has also made it to where her vitamin d is coming up drastically. Her doctor is very impressed.
