A quality COQ10 supplement I’ve trusted for a long time.For me, it’s the best source I’ve found that’s effective, without added ingredients I don’t want. Most absorbable, when taken with foods, containing some fat. I buy regularly, and from Amazon sellers, when the price is right. As with all supplements, just check the expiration date when ordering online as not all sellers stock/ship product with longer expiration dates.
