    It Works!

    Two months ago my doctor told me that my lab results showed that my liver enzymes were elevated. She ordered additional lab work to rule out hepatitis. I did some research on elevated liver enzymes and found a great article about fatty liver disease, which is very common, and how it can be prevented and even reversed with Milk Thistle. I started taking Life Extension’s European Milk Thistle shortly after that visit. I just had a follow-up appointment with my doctor and my latest lab results were normal. I did not change my diet. The only thing I did differently was to take one Milk Thistle capsule a day. I highly recommend this product!

    I have been using this for around a year and seems to be an excellent milk thistle product that works well needing just 1 pill I take before bed. For a few dollars more Life Extension also has another version of the European Milk Thistle Life Extension European Milk Thistle-Advanced Phospholipid Delivery, 120 Softgels that has phospholipids also to enhance absorption and is therefore suppossed to be an improvement to this version. That version is using 2 pills in divided doses instead of 1.
