Really good!
I noticed a difference in cognitive function and memory almost immediately. This really is a great product. I started taking it after my physiology professor mentioned it. We were discussing selective reuptake inhibitors when this supplement came up. Huperzine A is an Acetylcholinesterase inhibitor which prevents the breakdown of Acetylcholine is an important neurotransmitter involved in memory and muscle function. The only side effect I don’t care for (or that I’ve really experienced at all) are the really strange and vivid dreams. Usually nightmares. Fortunately for me, they aren’t bad enough to make me want to stop taking the supplement.

Brain Fog Lifted!
I started taking this because I was dealing with “brain fog” on a daily basis. I tried one other, less expensive version of Huperzine A, which caused the crazy, vivid dreams people talk about. I have not had that experience with Life Extension. I’ve been taking this product for 3 or 4 months now and it works excellent. My focus at work is increased, my productivity is up and most importantly for me, I don’t stumble looking for the right word in my conversations with people. Overall, my thinking is much clearer since I’ve been taking this and I highly recommend it.

You’ll get immediate benefits but I’m not sure it’s something you want to take every day. Research and test it out. For me I sometimes get headaches but it definitely helps with concentration tremendously
