Taste is very good
I have only been taking them a few days, so I can’t yet comment on the effectiveness, but I did want to say that I love the taste. The comparison someone made to chocolate necco wafers is fairly accurate. Also, they contain boron, which I recently learned used to be taken up from the soil into plants, but not since the start of artificial fertilizer. Apparently the less boron, the more people have arthritis.
