    Taste is very good

    I have only been taking them a few days, so I can’t yet comment on the effectiveness, but I did want to say that I love the taste. The comparison someone made to chocolate necco wafers is fairly accurate. Also, they contain boron, which I recently learned used to be taken up from the soil into plants, but not since the start of artificial fertilizer. Apparently the less boron, the more people have arthritis.

    Gritty and Gross

    I don’t know if these are working or not but they are very hard to chew because of the size, taste and grittiness. I gag every time I take one.
