Seems very helpful
Helps boost metabolism — an alternative to metformin. I have myalgic encephalomyelitis/”chronic fatigue syndrome” which interferes with production of energy within my mitochondria and take this as part of a mito-boosting campaign,, along with things like super CoQ10 and many more. It’s a chore but it works. Also it’s supposed to tame pre-diabetes as metformin does. All I know is that my last glucose reading was 78, notwithstanding weekly HaagenDaaz. I think it helps, but without a larger randomized population and controls all I can say is I think it’s worth my money and effort.

This is a worthwhile addition to help improve the sluggish system I have. After my first order was used up, I waited to order more. Within 3 weeks I did notice a return to my old patterns and ordered more. Sometimes you notice the downhill more than the uphill. This is a definite uphill product.

I think these would have worked better as a capsule. they did not work as well as another brand I have used. The price was less,but the quality was too.

I didn’t think they would work
I bought these after my husband saw a video about them. After doing some research, he suggested I try them. I have a hard time losing weight due to auto immune disorder and the steroids I’ve been on for 15+ yrs. After about 2 weeks, I noticed that my shorts were getting a bit looser and same with my shirts. I also noticed that I didn’t feel as think around my waist but more from the inside. It’s hard to describe, but I found bending over and other things just easier to do because it felt smaller. I’m on my 2nd 30 day supply and have dropped 1 pant size. I do workout and have tried to clean up my eating, but I’ve been doing that for a few years now with no success. I’m sure these helped a lot.

The description states to take 3/day. I’ve only been taking 1x/day for the past ~3mos. and have found I am ever so slowly losing weight, which is healthier in the long run. I will be changing it up to 2 to see if the supplement ups its game
