    First softgel > high heartburn – take with enough water

    Just took my first softgel a little bit ago – caused quite bad heartburn – GERD- not quickly resolving. Since this is the first one taken I cannot say anything regarding other results. Will be sure to take some bland food with additional gels.Only the first gel cap was a real problem -but you do need to take with more water/fluid than most –seems to help a it with joint pain in fingers

    Difficult to Swallow

    I thought these were made with good ingredients. I had a lot of difficulty swallowing these capsules. They would just stick in my throat. I could not swallow or cough up. I had to wait until they were dissolved enough in my throat to swallow.

    This is the best turmeric/curcumin supplement I’ve found for joint pain. Helps my hands so so much, I had to quit taking ibuprofen and it’s been a struggle but between this and rx Meloxicam, it’s keeping my hands working. Significant reduction in inflammation. I haven’t found anything better, though I’ve been trying every cutting edge Curcumin I can find, including Longvida and Theracurmin extracts. This one is a 5/5 easily. Just be cautious taking it on an empty stomach, the Ginger extract in this is strong! 💪 wish it were cheaper but LE has been running great sales lately. My favorite brand, they tend to be over-dosed but how often do you hear THAT complaint in 2026 😂

    I’ve been using this for a while now and it seems to be good quality. The combination of tumeric an ginger is great. It helps me with my digestion and inflammation. I can feel it working which is rare and when I find something that works it’s exciting.

    This Works!

    This brand and this specific formula work for me! I accidentally bought the regular Curcumin Elite (not “Adavanced”) and it didn’t help at all.I’ve tried so many different brands and formulations and none worked at all for my inflammation, but this improved my auto immune flare pain within the same day about 75%! So happy I found this!
