This is good quality Shilajit. The resin is thick and sticky and easily dissolves in your beverage of choice. If youve not had shilajit before, it is an acquired taste, being that it’s so earthy in both smell and taste. I like to have it in a cup of hot black tea. Lifecykel has provided a wonderful metal dipping spoon for dosing out the shilajit. Only a small amount is needed, and this little bottle will last longer than you imagine. I appreciate that it’s 3rd party tested, as the purity of shilajit is important when choosing and consuming shilajit.

This might be the best Shilajit you’re going to find. It is extremely potent and a tiny bit goes a long way. I love that this came with a tiny dipper as well.So a couple pro tips here. This is best dissolved and enjoyed in a dark black coffee or in my case, 3 espresso(s) at once combined to the size of a coffee cup. LolJoking aside the earthiness mixes so well in a nice dark cup of coffee or espresso. The heat of the coffee dissolves the resin so much easier as well.With all that said, cheers to your health and get some of this Shilajit.

Lifecykel has impressed me once again
Not the first Lifecykel product I’ve tried, and like the last one, I find myself once again extremely impressed by the presentation of the product. The measuring spoon is a fantastic touch and the instructions even direct you on how to get every last drop of this resin (freeze the seal and peel the resin from it, the box says! Never have I purchased a product with advice like this!).I got a little on my finger while I was unsealing the product and licked it off… I don’t recommend that! This stuff is POTENT! That said, when dissolved in just water, I didn’t taste it at all.The price is a gut punch, especially considering the size of the jar, but I am so taken with this brand that I have to believe there is a justified reason for that. Plus, it’s pretty concentrated, so this should last me a while. Time will tell if the price is worth it for me personally to re-purchase, but for now I won’t ding them for that. Similar products are priced the same or higher.
