A Lemonade-Flavored Option That My Child Will Actually Drink
There are some subjects that are difficult to discuss delicately in a product review, particularly when they involve a child and time spent in the bathroom. One of my children is not especially enthusiastic about eating enough fiber and occasionally needs some additional help maintaining regularity. That has led us to try several fiber supplements, powders, and flavored beverages over the years, with mixed results. The greatest difficulty has rarely been finding a product intended to help. The real challenge has been finding something that crosses the generational divide and tastes acceptable to both children and adults. A supplement cannot accomplish much when the person who needs it refuses to drink it or takes two sips before abandoning the glass. This lemonade drink mix has been different. The flavor is pleasant enough that I can prepare it without beginning a prolonged negotiation over whether it tastes strange, chalky, or medicinal. I would not mistake it for freshly squeezed lemonade, but it is approachable and easy to drink. That matters considerably more to me than an elaborate ingredient list on a product that never gets consumed. Each serving comes in an individual stick packet, which makes preparation simple and removes the need to measure powder. I pour a packet into a half-liter water bottle, shake it thoroughly, and let it sit briefly if any powder remains near the bottom. It mixes easily enough, and the larger amount of water creates a lighter lemonade flavor that my child finds tolerable, if not genuinely enjoyable. The product is sugar-free and uses a magnesium-based formula intended for occasional digestive and regularity support. The last time my child had been spending noticeably longer than usual in the bathroom without much success, this was the drink I provided. By the following day, the situation appeared to have resolved itself. I cannot prove that the lemonade alone was responsible, but the timing certainly suggested that it helped get things moving. The individual packets are also convenient for keeping in a cabinet, travel bag, or suitcase. Digestive routines can become disrupted during trips, schedule changes, or periods when normal eating habits fall apart, so a portable option has practical value.I am giving this lemonade mix four stars. It is easy to prepare, reasonably pleasant to drink, and far more acceptable to my child than the fiber beverages and supplements we previously tried. Most importantly, it appears to provide the occasional support for which we purchased it.

It works like a charm
I love the convenient packaging that allows me to easily pack these dissolvable sticks. When we travel, I often have gut issues. Maybe due to the stress of travel or the variety of different foods? I am always hesitant to take laxatives because they often cause bloating, gas and unpredictable results. I recently took a couple of these packets with me on vacation- and I am so glad I did. The lemon flavor is not overly sweet although I did dilute it more than suggested to tamper down flavor. I used this with warm water and drank it while getting ready for bed. It worked very well for me. I did not experience any bloating, gas or lasting ‘laxative’ effects throughout the day. It was easy to get on with my day with no concerns. I have other products from this brand, and they have all proven to be effective. Some may see the price point as excessive, but for me, being able to fully enjoy my vacation without feeling bloated, constipated, or fear of missing out on any of the fun is well worth it. Easy to consume and works like a charm.

Didn’t work, Waste of money, and You can’t return it
Very disappointed in this product. Not only did it fail to work and just left me with bad stomach cramping, but now I’m seeing that it’s ineligible for return. If I had known that would be the case, I definitely wouldn’t have spent so much on this product to try it out.

Effective, but way more expensive than it should be…
I ordered this because I, like everyone else have problems going every once in awhile so I figured, what could it possibly hurt? Why not give this a try and I have no problem admitting that it does the job.The taste isn’t bad and the effects are gentle. (When it works it doesn’t feel like it hits you like a ton of bricks, which I prefer.) it dissolves quickly and digests well. There is no funky aftertaste and it’s not chalky or gritty with 0 side effects.I like that I can carry these with me on the run in a pinch and overall they’re very easy to use.So why the low rating? Quantity. I don’t find myself being able to get past the price in comparison to this vs other products that promise the same results for a much more reasonable rate.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars

Smooth bowel movements
I tried other products from this company before and was happy with the results.Consuming a full packet comes with a high dose of magnesium and it is recommended you take this 2 or 3 hours after eating your last meal on an empty stomach and preferably before going to bed. Certain medications might react negatively to this.Per the instructions, I drank this shortly before going to bed without having eaten for about 2 hours beforehand. I mixed this up in about 10 oz of room temperature water and it is quite concentrated. So actually what I did as I drank about half of it, I would stir it again and add more water to it just to help dilute it. So I probably consumed 16 oz of water while I was drinking this. The lemon taste was not overly sweet. It would be more like if you squeezed a couple lemon drops in your water but it wasn’t bitter either. One thing to keep in mind while drinking this at night right before bedtime, is you’re definitely likely to wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, so it might not be bad to have this a couple hours before actually going to sleep so you are less likely to wake up in the middle of the night, like I did.The following morning after getting out of bed and moving about 5 minutes, the urge was there. It was a smooth bowel movement and nothing explosive. It was one and done, which sometimes for me, I Usually go more than once. So I found this to be effective. Or it takes having a cup of coffee and then I’m more likely to have to go.This is definitely on the pricey side, but you’re consuming Ozonated magnesium, something that’s mild on your body and overall beneficial for your gut.I generally just have a lot of fiber throughout the day, but on days I don’t and end up gorging myself, I will take one of these at night.

Gentle relief
I decided to try Let Loose Lemonade after dealing with occasional bloating and digestive discomfort, especially after traveling and eating heavier meals than usual. I was looking for something gentler than traditional laxatives, and after using several of the drink sticks over the past few weeks, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the results. The lemonade flavor is refreshing and much easier to drink than I expected from a magnesium supplement. It mixes well with both cold and warm water, and I didn’t notice the chalky texture or overly medicinal taste that I’ve experienced with other digestive products. Since it’s sugar-free, it also fits easily into my normal routine. What stood out most was how gradual the effects felt. I typically take it in the evening when I’m feeling especially bloated, and by the next morning, I usually notice that my digestion feels more comfortable and regular. For me, it provided support without the intense urgency or stomach cramps that some stronger products can cause. The individual stick packs are convenient to keep in a work bag or suitcase, which has been helpful during busy weeks and weekend trips. While everyone’s digestive system responds differently, I’ve found this to be a practical option for occasional constipation and bloating support when I need a little extra help getting back on track. I find it to be very effective. The value for the money is less than impressive, considering the small number of packets.
In my opinion –
Gentle relief but hard to justify the price
This product does work, but I have mixed feelings about it.The individual packets are convenient and easy to keep on hand, especially if you have trouble swallowing pills. While I’m not sure I’d personally want to take a laxative away from home, the single-serving packets are definitely convenient. The biggest positive for me was that it did not cause any stomach cramping or pain, which can be a problem with some constipation remedies. I wouldn’t call it a particularly strong laxative, but it did help and was gentle. The taste, however, wasn’t very good. I didn’t enjoy drinking it and would personally rather swallow a pill than drink this.My biggest complaint is the price. At around $35 for 10 packets, it works out to about $3.50 per dose, which is quite expensive compared to many other over-the-counter constipation remedies. Since it’s not dramatically more effective than less expensive alternatives, I don’t think the value is there.Overall, it’s a gentle option that gets the job done, especially for anyone who prefers a drink mix over pills, but I think it’s overpriced for what it offers.
