I definitely recommend this product for people with similar situations as mine
I am 50 yrs old and a commercial truck driver. I have limited time for healthy exercise. I have blood type O+ which makes my body highly acidic, so much so that it breaks down sugars and carbs very quickly. This causes my body to produce and extraordinary amount of insulin that lingers in the blood stream a long time. The end result is that I have developed a cellular resistance to insulin which can lead to high blood pressure, acid re-flux and obesity all the while my body cells are starving for nutrients. All of which I suffer. I have been taking this product for 4 weeks and have noticed loss in belly fat and lack of heart burn. If you find that you fit similar circumstances, give this product a try. It can cause mild stomach discomfort but as I continued with the product and took the supplement just before meals I didn’t feel any stomach discomfort. Initial bottle, first thoughts
Just received my first bottle, and am going to start using it immediately. It was packaged and shipped very well, the bottle seal was intact.I will update my review after taking this for awhile. I’m in great hopes that this formula will enable me to get off of diabetic medicines, so far i have been on four different ones that I cannot tolerate and my doctor has no more suggestions. Am also doing research into the condition, I am in my late 60’s and just diagnosed with diabetes to my surprise. It does not “run in my family”, and I would like to know just why I have developed this desease. So far it seems to be heading into the way I was brought up to eat, and all the advise given to the public over ther years as to how and what they should eat, along with the “additives” that have been used, along with the sedentary lifestyle that comes with years of office work. Looks to be interesting.Update: October 25, 2018I started taking this in March.This product has more than met my expectations, I have brought my dosage of prescribed diabetes drug down to one-half dose every third day, along with taking the Insulin Health every day, and have done away with the majority of side effects from the drug – glimeriride, and keeping my glucose readings just about the same., well within tolerance. I have noted that my appetite has been reduced greatly, I am eating one smaller serving, especially at dinner time, rather than a bigger serving and sometimes “seconds”. Just too full feeling to eat any more and just don’t want it. That has been a pleasant “side effect” that I wasn’t expecting. I’m intending to continue with this and hoping to do away with the glimerperide altogether, also tried taking the metformin with disasterous results. Since I have very limited resources, i.e. social security benefits, I am unable to eat as healthy as I would like, which I think would also help, so I am doubly glad to have found something oher than prescription drugs to take. I started the Insulin Health 3 times a day for about three weeks, then cut it back to 2 times a day which seems to be working for me just fine. Great as part of an overall approach to healing
I’ve had some ongoing issues with sleep (insomnia, waking mid-night, exhaustion yet unable to sleep), stubborn weight (despite healthy eating and exercise) and high-stress levels. I have a history of diabetes that runs in my family and was hoping to support my body in this area before it became a major problem. After doing some research I decided to try some herbal support and after searching for a variety of supplements I settled on this one.To be fair, I also ordered two other supplements from the same company (cortisol health and thyroid support) and began taking them at the same time. I take the Cortisol health (along with Iodine and probiotics) at night and the insulin and thyroid support in the morning (along with some extra Vit. D and magnesium.)Because I started several new products at one time I have a difficult time attributing anything miraculous to just one, however, after about a month of taking this I can say a few things:-After one night of adding the Cortisol health to my nightly routine, I had the best sleep I’ve gotten in years. Between the three mixes, I find that I sleep longer, deeper, wake more rested and feel more energy through the day.-Since adding the three LES Labs mixes (Cortisol, Insulin, and Thyroid) I lost 7 lbs, a triumph after 4 months of intentional healthy eating and exercise with no results.-I generally take it once a day before either breakfast or lunch. I feel as though my blood sugar levels are more stable. I’m considering taking it before each meal (the serving suggestion is 1-3 times a day) to see if that has any noticeable benefit.-My sister said that she notices an appetite suppressant effect when taken before meals.In summary, I do highly recommend this supplement as a piece of the puzzle of health. Most people with insulin resistance also have issues elsewhere (cortisol and thyroid among others). It helps to understand how these issues are connected and address them as a whole. Unless you’re a type 1 Diabetic, insulin health is greatly impacted by diet and exercise. This won’t replace that. However, I did find that my body needed a little extra support and with that, the healthy lifestyle I was living worked a lot better. These aren’t the type of issues that go away overnight or even with one bottle. It took years for my body to get off balance and I expect it will be a journey back to full health, but this product is part of that for me.

I used this supplement in conjunction with the LES labs cortisol health supplement for adrenal support, stress relief, and balanced cortisol response. I believe I was suffering from extreme adrenal fatigue based on research and the cluster of symptoms I was experiencing. One of those symptoms was weight gain, primarily in the belly area. This was the first time in my life that I had ever gained weight in that area (I am quite pear shaped and generally gain weight in my hips, buttocks, and thighs) so I thought perhaps I was having issues with insulin spikes related to my adrenal fatigue and using this supplement in conjunction with LES labs cortisol health supplement, I was able (with a few dietary modifications and exercise) to lose the belly fat. After taking this supplement, I stopped reaching for donuts and bagels in the morning and drinking cup after cup of coffee to get through the days. In addition to quelling my carb and sugar cravings, I feel it had a strong positive impact on my mood and energy levels as well! I would absolutely recommend this product! Also, in case anybody was wondering, I was never diagnosed with anything as I saw two doctors and they basically blew me off and said “diet and exercise” (duh) and an antidepressant (no thanks) were the answer. So I would encourage anybody who feels that their primary physician doesn’t express concern regarding your symptoms, to be proactive about your own health and do your research! My doctor recently gave me Metaformin and told me to start monitoring my blood glucose levels. Despite radically changing my diet and adding exercise to my routine, the Metaformin seemed to not really have any great effect on my blood glucose levels. It continued to be high despite my best efforts for weeks. Then, I ordered Insulin Health, hoping that it would be a more natural approach to helping me manage my blood glucose. OMG!! I could see the results in my levels on the first day! My blood glucose came down a good 20 points from before and I could easily tell it was working! I have opted to take it three times a day and at this time I am seriously thinking about dropping the Metaformin altogether. Why take what doesn’t work and, besides, has bad side effects? I was also experiencing Dawn Phenomenon where my blood glucose was higher (sometimes by 20 points) than it was before I went to bed. I have dealt with this by taking my last capsule of Insulin Health right before I go to bed along with a stick of low-fat string cheese. Insulin Health is great because it doesn’t have to be taken with food so I don’t have a sour stomach when I wake up… And my blood glucose is now within about 5 points of where I left off at night. Just started taking these meds 5 days ago and I’ve already lost 3 lbs. I do have a slight headache and a weird feeling so I increase my water levels which seem to help. I’m not sure if it’s the products or my change in diet causing the weight loss.
