I waited a while before reviewing these Support Supplements. I don’t think any supplement will miraculously work overnight and show results. But what I can tell you is I do believe this supplement combination is aiding in my energy level and metabolism. I don’t mountain bike during the summer because I can’t tolerate humidity and heat. I went for a long awaited first ride of the season and was amazed at what I was able to accomplish on a first ride in several months. Not too bad for a 62 year old who still thinks he’s in his 30’s.

I liked the preformance of this product but definitely this is not what I purchased last time. 1000 units had been reduced to 990mg. The label on the top indicated this as 990 MG each capsule, it’s only 460mg.

Methylated B Vitamins, YES Please! Good Value, Clean Supplement
The fact that these are the methylated versions of the B vitamins is absolutely what sold me on it. I was looking for precisely that, and these hit the mark perfectly. Not to mention, at a great price! Having no added sugar, and being a quality set of ingredients (lab tested) I was absolutely excited to try them. They do not disappoint. My vitality has been increasing; these work great in a custom stack. I still have plenty left after testing for over a month as well, which is a testament to the amount you get for a fair price. Also, it’s easy to swallow with the rest of my regimen, they’re not too big at all.

I just received my order today, the cap is broken and missing a piece. Other piece was not in the packaging. Outer plastic seal was intact. However, the silver foil airtight seal was not therefore it was not airtight.
