For a greens mix, the taste is good too.I take this on days where I miss my whole foods portions of vegetables, so it makes it convenient to make up for it. It has a nice mix of ingredients overall.It doesn’t impact energy levels but I use it for overall wellness.It mixes easily with no lumps left, but I want to highlight that I use a frother for mixing.

First of all, do not expect a tasty experience. It tastes like every other greens type formula. Without anything to mask the flavor, it is definitely not pleasant. It is easy to use and it mixes well. Since it is a liquid, it is easy to swallow. I am unsure that there is a true value for the money as there are similar products out there that are less expensive and have flavoring.

Excellent product… I just don’t like the flavor. I tried it several years ago and didn’t really care for it then but thought I’d give it another shot.. Still bad…. I can’t get use to the flavor.. I’m sure others like it… Now I’m stuck having to choke down the whole tub..

I expected the usual bitter “green” flavor, especially since this one doesn’t have added fruit flavoring. But when mixed with just water, the taste was impressively mild—definitely palatable for anyone used to greens. That said, I prefer a little flavor, so I started adding a small splash of flavoring and it was chef’s kiss. Now I use a half scoop in my pre-workout and another half scoop in my post-workout smoothie. It blends beautifully—no grit, no weird texture.Ingredient-wise, this is where Legion’s Genesis Greens stands out. It’s not a direct equivalent to other greens powders packed with fruits and vegetables. Instead, it leans into powerhouse ingredients many other formulas either lack or skimp on like spirulina, astragalus, maca, and matcha. Spirulina in particular was a big draw for me, since it’s something we all should consume more of but rarely do in our daily diets.Now for the downside: packaging. When my order arrived, there was green powder everywhere—on the box, on the lid, and coating the container. Even though the product was double sealed, the paper seal inside the lid had clearly loosened in transit, letting powder escape. It looked sealed at first glance, but it definitely wasn’t airtight. Honestly, I probably should have returned it, but spirulina is gold and I didn’t want to wait for a new one. I very much wanted to like Legion’s Genesis Greens as I need way more greens in my diet.It just had a taste I could not get past.I tried to mix it in a smoothie and it was still there. I’ve had at least one type of greens that had a pleasant taste but unfortunately this one did not.I didn’t even like the smell of the powder.Now understanding this was meant to curb my appetite it best I didn’t have too much of this product. That’s something I have to stay away from.If you like greens you may like this product.
