Not a miracle worker, but it does slightly increase supply.
Been taking this for a month, only once a day (instead of a recommended 3x a day). I’m sure if I took it 3x a day, I’d see a bigger difference but it’s expensive and I’m trying to stretch the bottle.If I miss a day, I due see a slight decrease. My milk “feels” like it comes out more easily when I take this along with my postnatal, etc. They do smell weird (think pencil shavings) but the burping afterwards is minimal and I only notice it if I take them on an empty stomach. Overall,I’m pleased. Just wish they werent so expensive. It’s unrealistic to pay that much for a bottle that would only last like 2 weeks if you took the recommended dose.

Pump princess with liquid gold are a game changer. Cash cow doesn’t seem to work for me but using pp I have definitely seen a difference within just two hours my supply was down to 3oz because of my period but it jumped to 8oz and I didn’t drink much water so when I drink more water it will be great. I am impressed with this product but not cash cow. I guess try the three main ones and see if it takes to your body well because we are all different one herb might respond better than another one. For me I think the moringa doesn’t help but the others are amazing for me. So my advice is to try all three and take week breaks in between them so u know the difference.

You can definitely taste the herbs (especially the cumin) when you burp lol. It didn’t bother me personally, but it may bother some people.Unfortunately, Pump Princess made my baby gassy and my milk supply tanked within that week. Once I stopped taking it, my supply returned to normal. I really wanted to like these pills, but they ended up doing more harm than good.After noticing a dip in my milk supply, I decided to try these instead of buying the Legendairy Brewer’s Yeast, which had been working well for me. These supplements seemed like an easy grab and go option.I normally see an immediate increase in supply when I incorporate foods or supplements to boost milk up, but I did not see any increase in this case. What I did notice almost right away was that my baby had diarrhea, became very gassy, and was extremely fussy, especially at night. He is four months old and had already been sleeping through the night, but after starting these pills we had several rough, sleepless nights. For reference: my baby is exclusively breastfed.This is a 10 day supply and I only took it for about three and a half days before stopping because of these effects. After stopping these, my baby is no longer gassy, fussy and pooping as much as he was. Overall, these were not a good fit for us.

Works Amazing ! Went From Combo Feeding to Exclusively BF
This is my first time trying a supplement to help with my supply. I was an underproducer and supplemented with formula (combo feeding). Even when I pumped to make up for the bottle feeding, I would pump less than an oz or 1.5oz. The only feed that would satisfy my baby was when he slept his 4 hour stretch and it was the only time I felt really full and engorged. After 4 days of taking the supplements, I noticed a tremendous difference. My milk flow increased, which my baby was constantly upset about and would prefer a bottle instead of latching. And of course my supply increased, I went from only one good feed to slowly having all feeds be good and leaving my baby satisfied. I’ve started feeling full during the day after 2/3 hours from the last feed and the feed that was already satisfying baby, I find myself still feeling full after feeding and having to pump afterwards. I only feed on demand now, I occasionally pump and have started building a small freezer stash. I have high lipase (baby takes it perfectly fine) so I dont freeze more than 40oz just because I dont keep my milk frozen for more than 2 weeks. I have been taking it for 3 weeks now and even have a subscription to these supplements ! They work ! Here’s a picture of me filling up this bottle for the first time ! I used to barely fill up those 5oz Medela bottles.
