It was barbaric, I say!But no longer, my friends. Now if you want to know something, you just grab your phone, ask it what you want, and BAM! There it is; information at your fingertips. Like, what the heck is NMN? Well, it’s nicotinamide mononucleotide. It helps you make NAD+. Supposedly, these things help you mitigate the effects of aging by being anti-inflammatories and cellular repair. Equally important, the Internet Machine will tell you that Kim Kardashian reportedly takes NMN and NAD+ as part of her anti-ageing regime. Now THAT is quality information, folks.Look, all joking aside, Left Coast Performance’s NMN appears to me to be a quality product. The recommended serving of 500 mg is only two (2) capsules per day, so it’s really easy to take. I don’t do supplements where you have to take more than two a day; it’s just too much. One bottle is a 30-day supply at that rate. No GMOs, glutens, or common allergens. I also like the fact that they have a fully functioning website. As with any supplement, you may want to ask a health care provider before taking. Enjoy!

Seems okay, but no obvious energy boost
I ordered these capsules to supplement my intake of beneficial nutrients. The capsules are small enough to be easily swallowed with no unpleasant tastes or aftertastes. The quality seems to be very good and although they are packaged in the US, it doesn’t claim to be made in the US. I do like that they are non GMO and gluten free. I’ve noticed no negative side effects from taking them but conversely I also haven’t noticed a discernible energy boost either. The price point seems a bit on the higher side for only a 30 day supply. Overall they’re okay but I may look for another option next time I’m looking for this type of supplement.

There are some subtle differences Ive noticed like being a little less tired in the afternoon, but overall not really the hyped wow factor.Like with anything else though, you arent going g to see results immediately. Solid Value NMN Supplement
Lots of price range and long term health benefit claims on these types of products. Unfortunately, I am not a doctor, and the long term health benefits of products like these cannot be assessed in a vacuum, so I cannot speak to the precise effectiveness of this product when it comes to cellular regeneration. However, there are plenty of studies that suggest there is some steam behind the idea….and that it’s not “snake oil” like many other health supplements.What I can say, is that this product came well packaged and sealed, and that after taking the supplement as directed, I was able to notice an uptick in energy, which is a good sign. And based upon other similar supplements, a 60 day supply of the Left Coast NMN supplement lands it much further on the value side. So if you happen to be looking for something to try without spending a premium, this is not a bad option.

Nice supplement to support energy levels as I age
As I get up there, I find that my energy levels aren’t as youthful. I’ve been taking this Left Coast NMN supplement as a way to help NAD+ levels and the benefits that come from it. Do your research about the supplement, of course, and talk with your doctor about taking it. With that said, these capsules are a typical “medium” size and a 500mg dose is two of them per day. (Research appears to have gone as low as one-half this dose and almost 5 times it.) I’ve tossed them in with other supplements and they blend right in, easy peasy. I’ve been happy with how I feel when I’ve taken this and it’s an affordable addition to my daily supplements.I always research the supplements I take, as well as the companies selling them, and I trust this brand enough to use their product. There’s a little lack in transparency when it comes to specifics, but the brand overall is reputable and has been around for a while.
