I have found several capsules either empty or partially filled with some of the ingredients clumped up or not mixed thoroughly. See picture. So the actual dosage taken could be less than expected and makes me wonder about the quality control process. That being said I have been using Citicoline based products for a couple of years but this brand for just a few months because of brain fog or cognitive health and haven’t noticed any adverse changes with this product. I have tried a few times to just quit taking them but have always noticed a decline and started back up. I prefer to not have to take any more pills than necessary, but I have come to the realization these are beneficial. My doctor has not been concerned with me taking Citicoline.
