The Omega-7 soft gel capsules are great for skin moisturizing and this is important for me because I spend a lot of time in the sun and have noticed my skin feeling dryer than usual. I have only taken these for a few days and I have noticed a difference in my skin and vaginal moisterizing. The soft gel capsules are red in color and are easy to swallow and digest and there isn’t any noticable taste. I haven’t noticed any digestive issues since taking them or changes in my energy.
