Hubs has been taking a red yeast rice supplement for several years to help keep his cholesterol levels in check and it seems to be working. The supplement he’s been taking delivers 600 mg red yeast rice/capsule whereas the LABO only delivers 350 mg red yeast rice/capsule. But it also contains Phytosterol and delivers 250mg/capsule. I don’t know if phytosterol is effective to help control cholesterol levels so I will leave it up to you and assume you have done your research on it. It’s too early to tell if this supplement is helping with his cholesterol levels or not, but he has a Dr.’s appoint in a few weeks and we’ll find out then.

I can not give my opinion yet that’s why I giving 3 star, my doctor what to repeat my labs after I finish the bottle I’m taking 2, ones a day. I will get back with my results and keep you posted.

I LOVE this product as NO statins and brought down my cholesterol as partner with your doctor and work out a program to take away drugs and use natural products as they can work when used properly – My doctor did his own research and the conclusion through this university research was cholesterol can be lowered with patients without statins. I was 285 and now my cholesterol is under 100. This product is pure with nothing hidden added -as why my doctor prefers this product. I have been on this product for three years and my cholesterol has been stable. I highly recommend! Do not let your doctor persuade you these “natural” products do not work. If you work with your own personal health advocate and use properly this product can work as I am more prone to higher cholesterol.
