Ok call me crazy, but I swear this product helped me fall asleep and stay asleep better than melatonin does. I usually put some in a glass of milk at least an hour before going to bed, and it’s so easy to drift to sleep.The recommended dosage is like 18 drops or something, but I honestly can take 5 drops and get the same results.The smell is pretty gross but almost tasteless. Once it’s in a drink, you can’t taste it at all.

So far, so good. I’ve taken it for two nights and have been able to sleep the entire night, each night, waking in the morning without a sluggish feeling. I have the worst case of insomnia and I am pretty pleased with this product, so far. It may be too early to say. I’ll report back in two weeks.
