It’s subtle and it works
I didn’t think I suffered any from stress and anxiety but I kept finding myself researching supplements that help these traits. So I thought for a while on this and started seeing what was stressing me out. Same for anxiety. They are both there in different ways. I feel much more at ease all of a sudden. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t review something so soon but the effect it had on me happened with the first pill and this morning with the second pill. So far so good. I struggle with GAD and panic disorder. Past doctors have told me I am chemically sensitive and my mind and body never agreed with any of the medications they gave me. The only thing that worked was Xanax. After years of dealing with this I have come a long way but still have my Xanax prescription refilled. Lately I have noticed bouts of anger especially at work under stress and I learned that anxiety has a lot to do with it. Life saver!
I have been struggling with depression and anxiety for months now. So I usually take L-theanine to help take off any edge with caffeine, quell any anxiety and generally just get a small mood booster. I’ve taken it for the past year and I don’t know if it’s the flax oil or what but these are much better than any other L-theanine supplements that I’ve tried. They work really well for me! Y’all have to understand that L-theanine is not the thing you take for serious anxiety, it has a small effect and is meant to mostly just be a little relaxing. I noticed the difference when I was performing in front of others, I felt less anxious and in my head. I also usually take 5htp as well when I’m performing though so that could’ve helped too. I never notice a blatant difference or really “feel” anything when I take them, I’ve just overall noticed that I’m usually in a better, more relaxed mood when I do.Bonus: They’re also so easy to swallow because of the gel capsule.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this product is so great that I had to let others know. I started taking this to treat my anxiety during the Covid pandemic. I had been taking a medication prescribed by my doctor which was working, but I hated the side effects.
