I picked this item because I am a vegan most of the time except some occasional dairy and eggs and I was warned that I may be deficient in both B12 and Folate. These vitamins cannot be synthesized in our body but most be taken from food. Both of these supplements are deficient in vegan diet so I must take them as supplements. Without these, I will have weakened energy, low immune system and even depression according to my doctor.Here is a product that contains good amount of both of these essential supplements. In addition, it contains B1, B2 and B6 vitamins as well as zinc which is important for immune support. One serving is 2 gummies. They have delicious sweet blueberry taste, easy to chew and melt in the mouth and easy to swallow. Does not upset my stomach. It is non-GMO, non-gluten and vegan. However it contains small amount of added sugar for sweetness. Made in USA. Expiration date is May 2027.

ZA’ZA K ORGANICS L-Methylfolate 15mg Methyl B12 1000mcg Methylated B1, B2, B6 multivitamins vegan 60 gummies. Best by date 5/27, almost 2 years out. These arrived like-new, as-pictured online, and with lots of security seals. 2 thumbs up for that!The little blue bears are darker in color, in person. Their texture is dry on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside. They have a mild, pleasant, blue raspberry-type flavor. I got these to take for my double MTHFR mutation and I like the taste more than my other L-methylfolate gummies(different brand).The formulation seems a little…aggressive, imo. I don’t think all of the other B vitamins and zinc are really necessary. I would caution taking these if you are already on a multivitamin, prenatal, or other supplements etc.As for this “small business” brand…this is my first time dealing with them. The bottle says the company is based out of the Bronx, but gives no indication specifically where these gummies are manufactured. I don’t think they are lab or 3rd party tested. What’s more, when you click on the brand’s page it shows a bunch of Hemp products.I am worried about cross-contamination as I am VERY allergic to all forms of Hemp. In fact, yesterday I became violently ill without warning(diarrhea, migraine, nausea, vomiting). We didn’t know what caused it. I had no fever or chills, but today I am fine so I’m wondering if it was possibly these gummies(obviously I have no proof). But yeah, be careful with these….In the future, I will stick with a tested and reputable brand.

Awesome for those with the MTHFR gene mutation!!
My son has the MTHFR gene mutation which means his body doesn’t process folate, therefore he needs to take L-Methylfolate. When he was younger I had such difficulty finding something that he would take without complaining or refusing. He either had to swallow a tablet or chew a tablet that he didn’t like the flavor of. Eventually he just wouldn’t take it. He’s now 19, and takes these without any problem. They are DELICIOUS! They taste like blue raspberry to me and the color is beautiful, making them more enticing (although I don’t know exactly how they achieved the color based on the ingredient list since I’ve never heard of “Organic Fruity Extraction, Organic Color Extraction”) I don’t know whether these are appropriate for younger kiddos, because the bottle doesn’t specify. It also contains zinc and good amounts of the vitamin b’s, which is awesome. We are vegetarian, so that’s extra helpful for us. On top of it all, they use some organic ingredients. They are vegan, gluten free, and non-GMO. I am so happy with these and will continue to order.
