Didn’t notice any difference
I wanted to give this L-Arginine Pro formula a fair shot, but it falls right in the middle for me. On the positive side, the overall flavor is pretty decent and mixes relatively well. However, there is a weird, distinct aftertaste that I just can’t place or explain. The biggest downside is that I don’t feel any different when I take it. Most pre-workouts give you a noticeable burst of energy, focus, or a muscle pump, but with this one, I felt completely flat, like I just drank a glass of regular juice before heading to the gym. Looking closer at the Supplement Facts, it makes total sense why it doesn’t give a traditional pre-workout kick. This formula is completely stimulant-free. Additionally, while it contains 5.5 g of L-Arginine, it only has 1.1 g of L-Citrulline. Most highly effective pre-workouts heavily favor L-Citrulline (usually 4 to 8 grams) because the body absorbs it much better to create a muscle pump. Because this relies so heavily on standard L-Arginine instead, the physical effects are barely noticeable. The weird taste is likely coming from the Stevia leaf extract (125 mg) combined with tartaric and malic acids used to flavor it, which often leaves a strong, sharp herbal aftertaste. It’s an okay, vitamin-rich wellness or cardio blend if you want to avoid stimulants entirely, but if you are looking for a true pre-workout to power you through a heavy gym session, this isn’t it.

You can drink up to two packs per day and it tastes like a red raspberry.The ingredients contained within the supplement help to boost energy during the work day. Each packet can be taken on an empty stomach and mixed with water. The supplement mixes very easy with water and everything dissolve as it should. This was effective in giving me an energy boost during the day but it is a bit pricey. Other than the price, the supplement contains excellent ingredients to maintain daily life.
