Pain relief that won’t hurt your wallet!
I’ve been using these patches for several years so I’m not sure if I reviewed them before. These really stick but are not painful to remove. What I do is fold one corner over just a tiny bit so I can grab that when it’s time to peel it off, otherwise they’re really thin and, as I said, they stick tightly so it’s a challenge to peel them off otherwise. Nice warming feeling that I can still feel the next day if I leave it on, but not at all burning like patches with capsaicin can be. They’re great for my lower back pain and much more economical than drugstore brands.

I was not expecting these to be as amazing as they are. I’m allergic to icy hot so I get menthol strips for cold and someone suggested these for heat treatment and they’ve changed my life. From general muscle pain to menstrual cramps.. they do have an odd smell, but I spend most of my time in my garden and an earthy smell isn’t going to put me off of anything, especially something that’s going to ease my pain.
